Hello from ScribeCount!
We recently discovered a hitch in communication between us and BrainTree, the company that handles PayPal payments for our users. Due to this hitch, tiers were not updating to account for different royalty amounts each month.
This did not affect all customers, and those of you who were affected have been emailed directly. For everyone else, simply know that your payment tiers will adjust automatically going forward.
