Amazon is in the process of switching everyone from their old dashboard to their new "Beta" dashboard. This is resulting in odd data showing up in your ScribeCount dashboard and also making syncing and updating issues.
Unfortunately, we can only react to what they do. These issues will go on until Amazon is through making changes and we have coded updates to accommodate those changes. We have people devoted to just this so we're moving as fast as we can.
We apologize for the delay and will keep you posted as to what progress we are making.
