Next up in our "getting to know the team" series is Philippa.
Philippa writes Science Fiction and Fantasy under pen names Moira Katson and Natalie Grey. Originally from Deerfield, Massachusetts, she wound up heading to Minnesota for college and has lived there ever since. She is now out in the there-are-turkeys-in-my-yard boonies with her husband, toddler, and two German Shepherd mixes.
Owing to a somewhat odd skill set at the nexus of communications and statistics, Philippa has worked across financial services, higher education, video games, and NGOs. Throughout, she has been a writer, and (after realizing that she was spending more time on querying than on writing) she began self-publishing in 2012, and launched a full-time ghostwriting business in 2015. Since then, she has written over 20 novels for several clients, 2 of which have been USA Today bestsellers.
Like many authors, Philippa has found herself overwhelmed by the task of writing as a business, and is a fan of anything that frees up time and mental space. When Randall sent a message about ScribeCount, she leapt on board, and is now managing communications, social media, and company partnerships.
